Only a couple of weeks left of the 2012 Cancun Whale shark season. This year´s season has brought many sightings!

Having researched the patterns from the last few years we expect a fantastic season in 2012.  Last year it began late and we started going out daily in June. This year it looks like it will begin the 3rd week of May.

FANTASTIC WHALE SHARK 2011 SEASON

We have been spotting and snorkeling among great groups got tired of counting and even confused by so many DOMINOES. It has been a great season so far.

Whale Shark Cancun, season 2011 Update

Several groups of Whale Sharks have been spotted latelty, these groups are scouts who come early to asses the area and determine the location of high contents of Plankton as the water is getiing warmer, we are looking at May 25 as the date that will open the season for the general public, by June 5 to 10 larger Whale Shark groups will be arriving.
